Zerna CRM
Customers who arrive by chat should not disappear with it
A CRM for shops that sell mostly over LINE: everyone who has messaged you in one place, a record of what each of them bought, and a way to write to the group that should hear from you.
Being built, not open for sign-ups
What it exists to fix
Broadcasting to everybody, paying for everybody
Ten thousand friends, a few hundred who care, and a bill counted by who it was sent to rather than who read it.
The customer list is in three places
Half of it in the chat, half in a spreadsheet, and the rest in the memory of an assistant who has since left.
Regulars go quiet and nobody notices
Somebody who bought every month for a year and has not for three. Nothing says so, and nobody writes to them.
The approach
- AI reads what the shop already has — chats, spreadsheets, receipts — and turns it into customer records, so nobody starts from an empty table.
- Write to the group that should hear from you, and see what that saved compared with sending to everybody.
- One place for the team to answer chats, and it has to be faster than what they use now or nobody will move.
- Written to Thailand's data protection law from the first day. The shop owns its customers' data, not us.
What it will not be
- Not a full stock and order management system.
- Not accounting software, and it issues no tax invoices.
- Not an online storefront, and it does not run your ads.
